ICT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING
On behalf of our reputable client, HR World Ltd is looking for a ICT Systems Administrator who will be responsible for administration all applications, network systems, general infrastructure support and configuration, and communication issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Installs, configure and deploy server hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and patches to support and maintain effective network service operations throughout the company.
• Manages, deploys, configures, and maintains servers in a virtualized and traditional environment.
• Supports, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains server issues and security for enterprise and large scale applications.
• Assists in creating scripts to monitor systems, diagnostics, resolve issues, and automate routine tasks.
• Configures systems for high availability including strategies for backup and recovery, failover,load balancing, and full redundancy. 
• Diagnosis and resolves complex software, server, and networking issues
• Creates, and maintains technical documentation, training material, standards, reports, and other documents as assigned.
• Handles all firewall, Active directory and Antivirus issues. 
• Monitors network use and internet bandwidth optimization  
• User setups and provide system access to ICT resources  
• Sets in place all required systems for protecting data integrity and protection through regular monitoring and reviewing of security systems and backups 
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelors in Computer related field with IT Certifications.
• 5 years work experience in similar field
• IT Certification such as CCNA, SAP ERP support to End users and Certification on ITIL
• Experience working in Manufacturing related systems
• Ability to anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware problems
