Qualification required: Master knowledge and practice of Environment and Social Management System administration.
Minimum experience: 2 to 5 yeas experience in IT technical specialty (IT support, Workstations, Infrastructure, Security, Application)
Accountabilities: Accountable for the overall good quality of services provided to company’s end users.
Responsibilities:
1. Record and track user requests for assistance relating to equipment and applications. 2. Translate and formulate user requests or needs into solutions or feasibility studies and interventions 3. Plan, prepare and test the installations and configurations of equipment (IT, telephony, video), systems, networks, workstations and applications. 4. Plan and coordinate work and / or interventions (maintenance, upgrade and / or installation of materials, tools, equipment, systems, etc.). 5. Test system updates or corrections (including non-regression) before going into production 6. Analyze, use data from IT tools or business applications / software and perform technical QA/QC. 7. Intervene following a request for assistance in the office or remotely. 8. Maintain the IT inventory (hardware, software, systems component, ...) and update the IT service management tool (incidents / problem - CMDB - change management). 9. Diagnose malfunctions, breakdowns, network incidents, defective materials, equipment and applications. 10. Install and use support tools for IT systems supervision 11. Inform users about security issues (backup, virus, data confidentiality ...) 12. Apply and enforce the rules related to data protection and IT security 13. Perform monitoring and analysis of the data, issue reports on daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis according to the needs. 14. Train and advise users in service holder’s area of expertise
Requirements:
Knowledge in remote-sensing, geodesy and exploration and production profession.
Proficiency in the usage of computers and software’s like Access, Office365, Environment and Social Management System tool.
Ability to organize and manage priorities, rigorous.
