ROLE

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of IT systems and servers. Actively resolve problems and issues with computer, server systems, and peripherals to limit work disruptions within the company. Perform desktop support, troubleshooting desktop hardware/software problems, and carrying out projects as assigned in a culturally diverse environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience managing & supporting IT Systems or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
