LBF CLUSTER SALES MANAGER

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is looking for an LBF-Cluster Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations across multiple regions to drive the growth of the Loan-Based Financing (LBF) portfolio. The role involves overseeing a regional sales team, developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, and expanding the Check-off client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a business marketing plan and sales strategy for the assigned LBF markets to meet and exceed individual, team, and business unit sales targets.
- Expand the Check-off client base through targeted sales efforts and effective market engagement.
- Provide day-to-day operational management of the LBF sales team and ensure adherence to all sales and service processes.
- Identify operational gaps and design efficient workflows and processes for improved team performance.
- Analyze LBF sales and operational reports to identify trends and drive strategic interventions.
- Study market trends and conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement impactful LBF marketing campaigns.
- Drive territory development with a focus on increasing market share and achieving full coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related business field.
- An MBA in Marketing or a relevant professional sales certification will be an added advantage.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong market intelligence and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
