Background

MS TCDC is primarily a learning and training institution. Due to the growing need for learning and training services across its partner network, in the year 2022, the institution seeks to step up and diversify its learning ambition and work portfolio. As a result, MS TCDC wishes to secure the services of a self-motivated and professional Learning and Impact Specialist to support, strengthen and develop the methodological capacity of the TCDC Trainers Team and will be the primary responsibility for the learning quality at TCDC.

The Learning and Impact Specialist’s role will support Learning Product Development, Learning Quality Assurance, and Collaboration with Trainers, Facilitators, Consultants and Associate Trainers.

The position of Learning and Impact Specialist will be based at the MS TCDC in Usa River, Arusha under the following national terms and conditions:
The position is offered under MS TCDC’s employment terms with a fixed-term contract of one (1) year with the possibility of extension depending on the future programmatic focus, needs of MS TCDC and availability of funds.
A basic salary under MS TCDC’s scheme of service Step 82 – according to experience and education when relevant.
