PRECS M&C LIMITED of P.O. Box 10051 Dar es Salaam Tanzania is currently seeking a Legal Officer to join our team in Tanzania United Republic. The candidate should be eager to learn and be able to follow specific instructions to execute tasks safely, accurately, and timely.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all legal documents of the Company to be in safe.
• Prepare and support Company’s Departments to prepare the Guidelines and Forms to meet the legal requirement provided by the laws of Tanzania.
• Provide legal advice to relevant departments and the CEO in relation to the ordinary business operation of the Company.
• Review agreements, contract between the Company and partners before the CEO to sign.
• On behalf of Company to settle any dispute with partners and represented the Company before the Court.
• Liaise with law firm’s attorneys to get advice for difficult deals when needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from any recognized University/Institution who has passed a recognized practical legal training or undergone internship program.
