Duties and Responsibilities

• Gives legal advice on all matters related to the corporation affairs
• Attends all corporation cases and disputes in the court of Law and Tribunals
• Liaises and makes follow-ups with outside offices and Authorities on various issues connected to the Corporation
• Drafts contracts, notices, correspondences, orders, reports, and other legal forms.
• Provides legal advice and counseling on other official matters
• Checks documents or papers for compliance and correctness
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Qualification and Experience

• A holder of Bachelor Degree in Law (L.L.B) from the recognized university has successfully completed Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the School of Law and (Advocated
• At least two years of experience
• Computer literacy is a must

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be provided according to qualifications and experience. Applicants should not be above 40 years.
