Manager – Retail Business(General)

The key responsibility of this role will be to drive and grow the general insurance retail business by providing overall leadership to the business development team and influencing motivation in order to make them succeed commensurate with their capacity.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

·         People Management skills for both of internal and external partners

·         Effective team player

·         Full understanding of the insurance market and its regulations

·         Presentation skills

·         Graduate in business related degree (marketing, commerce, insurance or economics). A Master's Degree would be an added advantage. Preference will be given to those with insurance qualifications]minimum eight years of handling sales of retail financial products experience, four of which must have been spent in a supervisory role.

·         Excellence in sales and proven technical knowledge of General insurance business

·         Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite and packages.
