The bank is seeking applications from highly skilled and experienced candidates for the following positions;

Managing Director

The Bank is looking for an experienced Managing Director (MD) to join its senior management team. Reporting to the Board Chair, the MD will be responsible for the overall success of the bank, overseeing all the bank’s operations, human resources and ventures.

Academic/professional and experience requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields. Masters’ degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 experience, out of which 5 must be in a senior management position.
• Deep knowledge of the financial market and banking industry.
• Understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
• Familiarity with banking functions as well as diverse business roles such as marketing, public relations, finance etc.
• Preferably banking and treasury management experience in Tanzania with exposure to international banking practices.
