Marketing and Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

To undertake marketing and sales activities as per the company’s existing plans.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Prepare plans and manage the publication of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotion.
• Create marketing campaigns in liaison with the Senior Public Relations Officer.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
• Develop innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
• Contribute to the annual marketing and sales plan.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate the success of marketing projects and events.
• Stimulate sales activities to meet or exceed revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Support in preparing accurate sales projections along with pipeline reports.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
• Plan, develop, and deliver marketing and sales campaigns within agreed timescales.
• Perform any other lawful duties as assigned by the company.

Academic Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Working Experience:

A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing, sales, or related duties, with at least two (2) years in a managerial position. Experience in the sugar industry is an added advantage.
