Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and increase brand visibility in our core markets. The Marketing Manager will leverage deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of our customers and competitors to drive Monaban Trading & Farming go-to-market strategy, sales messaging and positioning, content and collateral generation, and market research

The ideal candidate

·         Lead the Marketing Department and assist Executive and Sales Management, leadership in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products, solutions, and services.

·         Set and manage marketing budget and analyze marketing programs, adjust strategy, tactics to increase effectiveness

Requirements & expectation

Master’s Degree in Marketing with 5+ years experience in relevant business experience in similar position
