Job purpose:

To carry out Monitoring, Evaluation and performance inspection of functions in Feed Villages, Dodoma Regions.

Duties:

To provide technical support to the Management of Feed Villages, in designing and maintaining a monitoring and evaluation system
Prepare policy briefs arising from key emerging issues ii. Collect, compile, analyse and disseminate data, in a timely manner, regarding performance against set objective
Documenting performance of the projects implemented by the organization
Develop M&E data collection tools
Determine data analysis procedures and use the quantitative or qualitative analysis tools
Clean, sort, categorize, organise and summarize performance information
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual reports depending on project requirements
Participate in the designing and maintenance a monitoring and evaluation system that incorporates effective monitoring and evaluation
Review the programs and MDAs key performance indicators in line with set standard indicators and internationally recognized practices
Support establishment of a framework for involving key stakeholders in M&E processes
Tendering Administrative support to the Institute on various engagements on M&E

An honors Bachelors degree in either Economics, Development Economics, quantitative economics, Statistics, monitoring and Evaluation studies population studies, business statistics or actuarial science from a recognized University/Institution
Experience and proficient skills in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,)
2 Years experience in a busy organization
