About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced People and Talent Manager to lead the People and Talent function for Americares Tanzania, ensuring alignment with the organization’s global people and talent strategy and standards. The role will oversee key areas including change management; people operations (performance management, employee relations, compliance, salary structures, benefits administration, contracts, staff policies, and offboarding); talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, and development; and workplace culture and community, including duty of care, inclusion, fairness for all, staff well-being, learning and development, and team engagement activities.
