PERSONAL ASSISTANT
HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the company's Business Heads.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Manage the executive's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the executive is informed of their daily/weekly agenda.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and files.
- Ensure that information is easily accessible and confidential materials are handled securely.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take detailed minutes.
- Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the executive.
- Manage expenses and reconcile travel-related financial matters.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience as an Personal Assistant
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
