PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING
HR WORLD LTD on behalf of our client in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a personal assistant to the CEO who will be responsible in providing administrative support in a professional manner, handling tasks related to the executive’s agenda, communications and daily operations, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected
- Handling income requests and queries appropriately
- Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments
- Respond to emails, messages and other communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Plan and coordinate travel Logistics, including flights, accommodations and itineraries for the CEO’s business trips
- Performing personal errands for C-Level executives as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 4+ years of proven experience working as a personal executive assistant preferably supporting C-level Executives
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant productivity tools
