POA Development Specialist (Grade 11)
JOB PURPOSE
Development of Point of Activation, Management, reporting, scheduling, organizing, monitoring of POA activities, tracking sales, activations, churn, activators trend and promotions. In charge of compliance of processes, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of Indirect Channel through POA/POS,
- Assist on organizing conventions and training for POA
- Design different promotion/ event to drive acquisitions within POA
- Assist the Team on proper management on the POA
- Prepare Monthly detailed analysis on acquisition and sales of POA
- Improve overall performance visibility of the POA
- Identify and develop trade opportunities to deliver increased volumes and market share
- Understand POA incentives scheme efficiently
- Lead and manage the implementation of projects that support departmental initiatives and strategies. Identify, implement and benchmark best practice in processes and procedures to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of sales performance and promotional activities and taking appropriate action.
- Lead, monitor and research market trends analysis for appropriate decision making and interventions.
- Liaising with the marketing department to ensure timely implementation of brand building and marketing activities
- Determining and coordinating of reporting and communication requirements
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ work experience in sales and distribution
- Project Management Skills
- Proficient level in MS- Excel
- Knowledge in report writing and data analysis
