PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR-HDPE PIPES
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING

HR World on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a HDPE Pipes Production Supervisor, who will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of HDPE pipes.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment and resources.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
• Researches and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to improve efficiency of processes and reduce unnecessary costs.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment
  
  

REQUIREMENT;

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an HDPE pipe production or similar environment.
• Familiarity with HDPE pipe manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
