Specific Tasks for the candidate

Supporting the design, planning, and management of the programme by providing and managing data inputs, providing logistical support, monitoring project implementation, and following up on recommendations.
Assisting in scheduling and organizing programme-related meetings and events.
Maintaining and updating records of the programme activities for the programme monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Keep files of all Programme projects and activities
Responsible for arranging all programme appointments and maintain programme and projects background information, calendar and facilitate follow-up actions and deadlines.
Managing and coordinating logistics for programme-related training activities, events, visits and workshops including organising flight, transport and hotel bookings.
Taking notes of all Steering Committee meetings and other programme meetings.
Preparing reports showing progress of all decisions of the Steering committee and presenting them during meetings
Responsible for taking records of Steering Committee Meetings and other formal programme meetings.
Contributing to the creation and sharing of knowledge by synthesizing and documenting findings and lessons learned, success stories and best practices, strategies and approaches of the Programme, and drafting relevant materials for dissemination.
Maintaining an inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
Managing the programme office by ensuring that it is clean and neat
Other duties that will be formally assigned by seniors.
