PROJECT COORDINATOR
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING
HR World Ltd on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee all activities, responsible for customer order flow, production, store, procurement, logistics, finance and quality management.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- To oversee all activities, responsible for customer order flow, which includes, order review, order entry, order circulation, follow-up-with various value chains, production, store, procurement, logistics, finance, quality etc.
- Coordination with, procurement, logistics, production, warehousing, construction, and design team Coordination with suppliers of SBS products
- Manage the planning and execution stage of the customer order from order entry to shipment.
- Plan and develop materials management and production schedules as per order and client requirements.
- Release production orders on external and internal suppliers, as per design BOQ and drawings
- Plan and arrange for dispatches in close coordination with Logistics and procurement team.
- Ensure all requires tools, machinery and materials are delivered at site on time.
- Carefully inspects all drawings before they are implemented and ensure all required client approvals are in place, in close coordination with sales team.
- Arrange materials flows, tools, machinery etc and decide how other functions, will support ongoing operations in consultation with construction Engineer/ Manager.
- Arrange Weekly meetings with all parties involved in a construction project.
- Making sure that Office assets & equipment are efficiently used.
- Works from a great ambiance office with less risk/Ergonomic risk.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural), Masters/ MBA SCM will be added advantage.
- At least 10-15 years of working experience with 10 years Industry experience.
- Well Versed with Drafting software AutoCAD/ArchiCAD
