Role Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to work within the projects.
- Plan, monitor, control and coordinate all activities associated with projects from start to the end taking in priority of quality and customer service aspects without jeopardizing Healthy and Safety at workplace.
- The position requires management of each project scope accurately as indicated in the design.
- Management of Subcontractors, materials, equipment, and cost of the particular site in general.
Academic qualifications
Essential
- BSc in Construction Management/Engineering or Equivalent
- Registered with AQRB or CRB
- Work experience & skills
Essential
- 3-5 years of experience in construction projects.
- Experience in fit-out works will be added advantage
