HR world limited on behalf of a client is looking for a Pub Stock Controller to manage inventory and purchase merchandise based on the pub’s need
Responsibilities
- Establish an inventory management system
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock
- Track shipments and address any delays
- Oversee the storage of products, particularly fragile items
- Keep updated inventory records
- Designing distribution of drinks and other items
- Compile reports inventory and supply balances
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or related field
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position or related position
- Experience from restaurants, hotels, and bars is an added advantage
