QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ CIVIL ENGINEER
INDUSTRY- CONSTRUCTION
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client in Construction industry, we are looking for a Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor who will provide technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs involved in a project.
• Providing technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges.
• Overseeing projects from start to finish ensuring high standards of construction and safety are maintained.
• Leading and directing the construction team and supervising on-site progress.
• Engaging in feasibility studies and writing bid proposals and environmental impact statements.
• Ensuring project compliance with legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
• Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
• Coordination of work effort.
• Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or any related field
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Must be a safety qualified officer
• Osha certification is mandatory
