Position Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Hotel supervisor
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Verify reservations, payments, and customer details.
Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Handle room reservations and updates accurately.
Maintain up-to-date booking records.
Act as a communication link between guests and hotel departments.
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. A Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in front office or customer service.
Experience in a hotel environment is an added advantage.
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
