Job Description

Location: Mwanza Branch

Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field (master's degree or professional certificates are a plus)

3-5+ years of experience in relationship management and/or banking

Proven track record in managing high-value customers, delivering personalized financial advice, and meeting sales and business development targets
Risk Management and Compliance
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets
Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Coordination
Relationship Management
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
