Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a commercial portfolio of liabilities and deposits for business clients.
Maximize revenue generation for both funded and non-funded income lines.
Ensure customer retention through cross-selling DCB products, including digital services.
Conduct monitoring visits to clients to ensure repayment capabilities.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure service quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business banking/SME or corporate banking.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven leadership abilities.
