About the Role

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our expansion and brand development efforts in the soap and detergents sector.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activity.
Lead promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
Manage and train a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure demand is met efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry—preferably in soaps, detergents, or personal care products.
Strong network in retail and wholesale distribution channels.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
