Position: Sales & Marketing Representatives
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam & Dodoma
Reporting to; Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Active manage all sells & marketing activities
- Coordinate orders from all declare in the market
- Ensure distribution to all sells points
- Bring new customers as per the target
- Gather & report market intelligence on customers trends & competition set target
- Recruit, train, coach and nurture the high perfuming team to achieve set targets
- Be the voice of the customers in all strategic meetings
- Ensure our values are embedded in every interaction with our customers
- Manage proper adoption and use of all systems, process, and technology that influences the buyers experience including website and digital presence
- O time and accurate reports submission
- Come up with ideas for improvements
- Attend to any other responsibility assigned by your leader
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration, and any other related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar fields
- Experience in sales dealing with fast-moving consumer goods
- Experience in sales and providing solution based on customers’ needs
- Ability in problems solving and negotiations
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication in both English and Swahili language
- Team management
- Ability to work effectively with minimal guidance/supervision
Terms of Services
The successful candidates will be engaged on a specified period of time contract
