CARE Tanzania seeks to recruit a self-motivated, results-driven, dynamic, suitably qualified, competent, and dedicated Tanzanian to fill the position of Senior Finance Manager to be based in Dar es Salaam
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the Country Office (CO) with effective and efficient financial planning and management as well as overall compliance with CARE, donors, and government rules & regulations. The senior Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations at the Country Office level; in collaboration with Regional Finance Director and through supervision s/he will implement CARE International’s financial systems to provide effective support to the Country Office. He/she plans, directs, and is responsible for providing quality financial services to projects, units, and staff in the CO.
The Senior Finance Manager reports to the Country Director, works closely with the regional Finance Director and Country Office Management Team to ensure that partnership is developed between finance, programs, and Program Support unit.
