SENIOR MANAGER – CORPORATE BANKING
INDUSTRY- BANKING
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client in Banking industry we are looking for a Senior Manager – Cooperate Banking who will Manage Corporate banking business, Product Managers and Relationship Manager in their roles to grow corporate banking by mobilizing business opportunity from the Corporate segment both assets, liabilities and cross selling of bank products from the segment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing the annual action planning for the corporate business and ensure it is executed to the Managers, Relationship Manager and the branches
• Proactively nurture and leverage on excellent stakeholders holder relationship network internally and externally (Committees, Government Bodies/Officials, regulators, Banks, Community and Private entities)
• Drive corporate business sales initiatives and ensure they are rolled out to the network together with a clear model including Portfolio segmentation. This must reflect in the acquisition of new schemes, customer and delivering budgeted business volumes.
• Support the Head of Commercial to forecast future market trends and translate these into segment level strategy to create and sustain competitive advantage
• Manage the segment sales and revenue with the key focus to increase Profitability
• Review all and advice on all the credit Appraisals and defend them to the relevant approval committees
• Ensure all strategic planning are smoothly implemented across the network and guide the branches and objectives are achieved.
• Be an effective agent of change and role model for RMs, ROs and Branch network
• Support both Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers both at HQ and Branch through coaching and coordination. Prepare and participate in quarterly fresher training of Relationship Officers
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Business or other related field .
• Professional certifications related to banking business will be the added advantage to the position
• A minimum of 10 years in banking industry and at least 3 years in a managerial position and Sound understanding and experience of at least 5 years in managing corporate business
