Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance practices for cement plant equipment like crushers, VRMs, kilns, cement ball mills, and packing plants.
Troubleshoot and maintain major assemblies such as VRM rollers, kiln alignments, and girth gear and pinion alignments.
Manage shutdown/major maintenance planning and execution.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Handle preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

4-5 years of experience in cement industry maintenance, including knowledge of equipment like VRM, kilns, and ball mills.

Desirable Skills:

Hands-on experience with shutdown planning, NDT techniques, and ISO management systems.
