SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
INDUSTRY- BANKING
HR World Ltd, representing our client in the banking industry, is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager. The role focuses on overseeing corporate banking operations and fostering growth within the corporate segment. Key responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, managing assets and liabilities, and promoting cross-selling of bank products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing the annual action planning for the corporate business and ensure it is executed to the Managers, and the branches
• Proactively nurture and leverage on excellent stakeholders,holder relationship network internally and externally (Committees, Government Bodies/Officials, regulators, Banks, Community and Private entities)
• Drive corporate business sales initiatives and ensure they are rolled out to the network together with a clear model including Portfolio segmentation.
• Ensure all strategic planning are smoothly implemented across the network and guide the branches and objectives are achieved.
• Be an effective agent of change and role model for ,ROs and Branch network
• Support relationship officers at both HQ and branch levels through coaching and coordination.
• Prepare and participate in quarterly fresher training of Relationship Officers.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Business or other related field .
• Professional certifications related to banking business will be the added advantage to the position
• A minimum of 10 years in banking industry and at least 3 years in a managerial position and Sound understanding and experience of at least 5 years in managing corporate business
