1.0       POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE (AGRI-MACHINERY SALES) – 2 POST

Responsible for leading sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share for the company’s agricultural equipment, including tractors and farm implements. This role requires a strong background in agriculture machinery sales, dealer management, and business development.

 

2.0       KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   

  1. Represents the company sale of machinery to customers in defined sales areas.
  2. Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by Jumla Africa.
  3. Set and work towards achieving sales targets. Develop sales strategies, action plans, and tactics to meet or exceed sales goals. 
  4. Checks out existing products and recommend upgrades or replacements.
  5. Maintains all customer information for sales management
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their needs, provide product information, and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
  7. Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of goods.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence, identify industry developments, and provide feedback to management.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
