Senior Specialist Brand (Zantel) Job Country Tanzania Job Description JOB PURPOSE To Conceptualize, Plan, Develop and Execute all internal and external communication campaigns across all media i.e. Outdoor, Electronic, Print & Digital. Key Result Areas/Main Responsibilities
Execute the overall Brand strategy which is effective in delivering the Brand Saliency/TOMA/Share objectives, as well as building brand equity measured via Brand Track study.
Pushing for new creative ideas for the brand. Leading the Advertising Agency to think strategically and focus on developing high quality advertising which truly leverage on consumer insights.
Monitoring execution of all projects and ensuring prompt delivery in relation to overall marketing schedule. Participation in local/regional copy development.
Working closely with media agencies (OOH/Electronic/Print/Digital) and develop & Execute effective media plans. Measure the effectiveness by TOMA scores /Brand track study.
Working with Internal agencies (Procurement etc) and external agencies (Creative/Outdoors/media buying) to deliver the marketing campaigns in time.
Planning, Monitoring / tracking Marcom budget spends and measuring effectiveness of communications activities, as measured by brand awareness, preference, customer acquisition and retention.
Running effective marketing campaigns which deliver Zantel key messages, USPs and brand collateral to the target channels.
Positioning Zantel as an authority within our specific product areas organization/best practice.
Qualifications Education background.
A BA-Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline
Professional Qualifications in advertising, Marketing & Communication will be an added advantage.
