SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
INDUSTRY- AUTOMOTIVE
LOCATION: LAKE ZONE
HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for a Service Administrator who will assure the process of receiving customers and vehicles in time and in an efficient way and support all aspects of service sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Booking customer's vehicles in for Service and repairs
- Advising customers on any work required, including costs
- Ordering of parts based on customers' needs
- Monitoring for parts handling to ensure an efficient stock level.
- Handling incoming goods, receive and inspect all packages delivered, resolving discrepancies
- Pre-picking of parts and delivering correct parts to customers and workshops on time.
- Responsible for reviewing completed work orders before closing. Items checked to include outside purchases, sublet charges, lube, oil, machine earnings charges, labor, and parts.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise, and when necessary refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Diagnose and respond to customer support service call requests
- Administration and reporting of complete relevant and applicable documentation accurately, including invoices, payment, and other office forms
- Assist with closing warranty work orders as required
QUALIFICATIONS;
- A Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering
- Minimum 4 years experience in truck/automotive service administration
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects
- Detailed orientated with high level of accuracy
