STOCK ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: MWANZA
INDUSTRY: FMCG
HR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for a Stock Administator to maintain companies' stock inventories to meet business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Overseeing stock control and liaising with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams.
- Forecasting stock requirements and risks of shortages.
- Analysing supply chain data to plan purchases and replenishment.
- Conducting inventory audits.
- Monitoring budgets, prices, and supplier contracts.
- Tracking shipments, delays, and the internal movement of stock.
- Ensures compliance with all global tax laws & withholding requirements, and related requirements, and will stay updated on the changing regulatory and payroll tax environment
- Generate recurring reports for multiple internal and external corporate partners
- Verifying the accuracy of the request, confirming that there are no fraud concerns, and confirming that the client has the shares/money available, if a transfer is being completed
- Assist in tracking trends and errors by Operations professionals, and will provide some limited assistance with coaching and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or similar field
- 4+ years experience in inventory control and planning in FMCG industry.
- Ability to perform a variety of inventory control procedures and practices
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is a MUST
