Job Purpose 

Managing the procurement process and the supply base efficiently and effectively by overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department and the provision of timely, accurate and effective accountancy information. 

Job Qualifications / Experience 

• Degree in Accounting, Business Management or a similar field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Finance Officer.
• Experience in Procurement role will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Pastel Evolution and VIP Payroll, QuickBooks, Pastel and other accounting tools and systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
• Experience in working in a computerised accounting system, and accounting environment
• Team player Good communicator and personal time manager
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010
