JOB PURPOSE
To realize the process of recruitment, selection, contracting and induction of the Talent that joins to the company according to the requirements of the organization. To acquire talent that complies requirements and specifications of job and business strategy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze requisitions of headcount received and initiate the recruitment process.
- Decide on the sources of recruitment as initial part of the process of selection for suitable talent to job profile in line the hiring manager.
- Execute the process of recruitment and selection for candidates through interviews, psychometric tests, skills tests, technical competences tests, and keep records of all assessments.
- Identify internal talents for future placement and development and communicate to the respective stakeholders
- Proceed with the contracting process of selected candidate and collect all required supporting documents.
- Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers.
- Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes.
- Oversee induction process for all new hires
- Issuing reports recruitment progress reports
- Conduct training to the hiring managers on recruitment
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human resource management.
- MBA is an added advantage.
