Reporting to the Program Manager and technically to the Regional Training Officer the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the quality of training provided by the Right To Play team through capacity building. The incumbent supports the development and implementation of the organization’s resources and training program in the country The Training Officer will be based in Dar es Salaam with up to 50% of the time
Bachelor’s degree in education, adult education or other related disciplines.
3 years’ experience in developing and implementing training sessions some of which should have been in senior level working with NGOs and government Education system
Fluency in spoken and written English and Swahili languages.
