HR & Admin Manager
Job Overview
The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and collaborating with line managers to fill vacancies with top talent.
- Address employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and mediate conflicts when necessary.
- Manage performance review processes, guide managers on evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling disciplinary matters appropriately.
- Analyze HR data, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Administration
- Develop and manage the office budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, and prepare minutes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure an efficient working environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR & Administration role.
- Relevant professional HR certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and office software.
