Sales And Marketing Officer

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking a self-driven and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, executing marketing strategies, and expanding the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage the company’s brand and digital presence
• Prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to revenue growth
• Attend networking events and represent the company professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing goals with business objectives

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in business development or marketing is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
