Account Manager (1 Position)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our key clients. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and promoting our products and services to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored software solutions to meet their business requirements.
• Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction by regularly reviewing service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
• Prepare and present account performance reports to management and clients.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing to maximize revenue growth while maintaining client relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer business activities to offer proactive solutions.
• Track key account metrics and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on customer success.
