Basic Job Functions

  • Maintaining compliance with policy requirements for all forms created in the system
  • Responding to customers' queries at the branch
  • Making sure that loans are accurately created in the system and the loan officer is informed of all pending issues
  • Ensure office functions are carried out smoothly and efficiently

 

Description of the minimum knowledge, skill, competency, and experience needed

  • At least an Ordinary Diploma in any business-related field
  • Two years of working experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Good problem analysis and solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

 

Other Attributes

  • Excellent knowledge in Customer relationship Management
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Good problem analysis and solving skills
  • Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
  • Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
