Utrack Africa Limited is a dynamic leader in distributing GPS fleet management products and services. We seek an experienced Administrative Manager to align with business needs and objectives within fleets and tracking companies.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the administrative staff.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage budgets for the company’s administrative functions, including office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage office events and meetings.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Maintain all company inventories.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors and clients, to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain health and safety procedures in the office.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The position is for males between 30 and 45 years old.
