Catholic Relief Services(CRS) Has worked to improve the lives of the poor and vulnerable in Tanzania for over 50 years. CRS is inviting experience and qualified citizens of Tanzania to apply for the following posts to support programs improving health services for young children and their caregivers.


Administrative Officer, Mbeya

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide required administrative support to the Mbeya office;
  • Supervise drivers/cleaning staff;
  • Manage use/condition of vehicles;
  • Process purchase requests and ensures timely payments;
  • Coordinate visits form CRS visitors and staff to Mbeya

Required Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Business admin /Procurement/Supply chain management/Logistics;
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in administrative support functions, with increasing responsibility;
  • Experiences and proficient skills in MS Office package(Excel, Word, powerPoint, Visio);
  • Experience with a local/International NGO a plus

Required Personal Skills: Good Planning, communication, organizational, customer service skills.

Required/Desired Foreign Language: Fluent in English and Kiswahili

Required Travel: Approximately 10% travel.
