Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an administrator
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Processes knowledge in HR
- Knowledge of logistics and stock management
- Experience with procurement
- Holds BSc/BA in Business administration or MBA
- Min. of 3 years relevant working experience
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Being an excellent team player
- Capacity to produce high-quality briefs and reports in English
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft office and office management software
- Thorough and methodical approach to work
Job Summary
The administrator provides full administrative support, as required, an effective and efficient operation of SAT office and Farmer Training Centre. the administrator administers hr, vehicle management, and procurement.
Job Duties
- Plans conduct and direct administrative functions
- Selects, recruits and orients employees
- Manages the payroll and staff contracts
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment
- Serves as a link between SAT’s management and its employees
- Manages the procurement
- Oversees the fleet management.
