AFTER-SALES MANAGER
INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE
HR World on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for an Aftersales Manager to lead day-to-day operations service and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability are maximized.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.
• Oversee the service and parts department, managing resource levels and productivity.
• Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.
• Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with the company's, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
• To support technically the network of authorized repairers and provide troubleshooting upon request.
• To assure and immediately respond to technical and warranty supports requested from the network and in compliance with targets defined annually.
• Warranty claims evaluation and approval within the approved budget and in line with the company processes
• To manage the service and Safety Campaign rollout.
• To advise the network on After Sales budget management and target achievement
  
  

REQUIREMENT;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• A minimum of 6 years of work experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team
