VACANCY – AGRICULTURAL ADVISER FARMER GROUPS IN KIGOMA

Belgian Development Agency – recruits a Tanzanian national

Duty station: Kasulu & Buhigwe district / Kigoma Region Contract term: 2 years extendable – competitive salary package.

Profile: university degree Agronomy / Agn

Extension/ Agribusiness or equivalent

Minimum: Masters + 5 years’ experience or bachelor +

8 years’ experience.

Coaching smallholder farmers on production, marketing and processing.

Collaboration with local government extension and agricultural commodity firms.

Experience in a large donor funded agricultural project is a must.

Private sector experience strong advantage.

Computer literate and good reporting skills in English/ Kiswahili.
