Position: Head of After-Sales Department

Reliance Shambani is hiring an Agricultural Engineer to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our after-sales service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage after-sales service operations.

• Ensure customer service complies with warranty policies.

• Coordinate spare parts availability with procurement and branches.

• Train and support technicians on machinery maintenance and repairs.

• Plan and execute customer service and maintenance campaigns.

• Improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from SUA or any other reputable institution.

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills.

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
