The Assistant HR Manager will play a role in contribution towards the development and accomplishment of the clients business plan and objectives and plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of the client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all day to day HR activities in the area and providing HR support for efficient operations in the business. The job holder will also be a champion of company values in order to create a desirable organizational culture.

Education
- Human Resource Management or related degree
Skills & Experience
- Ambition to help drive growth of a young company
- Highly computer literate
- Considerable knowledge of Tanzanian labour and employment regulations
- One year relevant work experience
- Self-motivated, attentiveness to detail & deadline-oriented
- Strong communication and administration skills
