ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER - FMCG INDUSTRY
HR World on behalf of our reputable client are looking for Assistant Marketing Manager to develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• To coordinate branding activities in developing marketing plan and budget.
• Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
• Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
• Coordinate with art departments to develop window displays and signage.
• Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
• Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Advertising Manager to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.
• Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
• Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
• Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind & Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
• Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized University
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, Adobe, and other marketing software.
• 4 years of experience working as a Marketer.
• High computer literacy especially in the use of Microsoft packages
• Proven working experience in the field of marketing ONLY, particularly within the industry of FMCG.
